Description
I run a private counselling practice in the Guildford area. I am a MBACP accredited therapist with over 20 years experience and provide help with issues such as anxiety, depression, bereavement, trauma and more. I am able to offer face to face appointments or otherwise WhatApp/FaceTime/Zoom/telephone sessions at a mutually convenient time. I also provide advice by email - fee negotiable. Counselling can feel like a big step so I offer a free 20 minute phone consultation.
You can then make an informed decision about further sessions. I offer a caring non judgemental approach to my work and may be able to help you or someone you know. Clients tell me our sessions are relaxed, practical- sometimes even fun. If you feel like your life is not going so well or you are simply finding life a struggle please do give me a call.
